Re: Hiking?

Sorry I can't help there without looking it up. I don't know that section of the river that well. I hit Scott's Flat usually 2-3 times every summer. Know that place like the back of my hand. SF is the only place I have camped in CA. I know the Steven's Trail is a good hiking trail on the other side ...

Retro Game Night Anyone?

Just putting this out there to see if I get any bites. I have two Atari game consoles (2600 & 7800) plus like maybe 30 or so games. Everything works ok if I recall. A controller or two may be a little slow, but still totally playable. Atari rules cause anyone (including myself) can pick it up in a f...

Re: Please introduce yourselves!

Welcome to the group. I'm a new recruit myself. Last week's 10th anny meet was my first to attend. I pretty much am here for the fursuiting. I'm new to that as well. There's a nice bunch of folks here. Seems to be a pretty well rounded group. Have fun with it and don't be shy. Jump on in. As far as ...

Re: Hobby computers and vintage electronics

I'm huge into vintage. More so things mechanical. I'm pretty old school. My best electronic piece is my 1957 Voice of Music sterio console. It's hand made, five feet wide, and weighs about 214 lbs. When we moved it into my house one of my buddies actually said, "Dude you need to get a friggin Ipod."...

Re: What got you into furries?

I have always been an animal lover (ok maybe not all of them, just the cute and fuzzy ones). When younger I was big into stuffed animals and watching toons. As I grew up (if I ever did) I still enjoyed lots of the same, but as many sadly do, I let go of alot of it due to my peers. Not many grown ups...

Re: Please introduce yourselves!

Hey Y'all! Finally got the courage up today to join in on the fun and say hello. Not sure when I'll actually make it to a meet. I'm a grey muzzle (37) so I hopefully will not be to much of an oddity. I'm looking forward to furbowling with ya, even though my bowling skills are far from desireable. Ev...
